I made a few adjustments to make my WOE easier to follow. Raised my calories and carbs. Upped my exercise. Weight may come off slower but I might just get to my goal.
Didn't come through all the birthdays and Christmas unscathed. There were a few more birthday dinners I hadn't counted on but it's all good. That's life and I had fun.

Thanks FullaBella! I can never blame anyone but myself for gaining weight or losing it. I certainly wasn't force fed . I am a foodie so I have to put in the work to lose. Life is too short not to enjoy the good times with family and friends. Sometimes I think November and December is just one big, long party!!!
