I’ve decided to try a different approach. It was too hard to track calories because most of my foods are not in this database. Yes, I know I can add them. But it’s quite tedious and time-consuming. I just ended up getting discouraged.
So, now I’m doing this new thing. I eat dinner around 6PM. And then I do not eat anything after 7 PM.
I’m on day six now. I didn’t think it would make much of a difference.
But my body thinks otherwise. The other night I had terrible heartburn. Apparently, that is just my body adjusting.
Other than that, I feel really good. And I feel confident I can keep this up. I really don’t know if I’ll see results. But I’m gonna try
