Woke at 221.4, up .4 from yesterday. Wrapping up the month with a fasting-mimicking protocol. UPDATE: Got hungry at work and ate two Quest bars, one at 11:30 and one at 2. Came home at 221.6. Had beef, broccoli, and parmesan cheese for dinner to end just over 1500 calories. Going to do as well as I can towards low calories and veggies over the last few days of the month, but I have business lunches and happy hours scheduled, so let's see how I do.
