I'm not on a "diet"---I'm adjusting the way I eat to be healthier and feel and look better. Its one day at a time. I don't have to think about never having dessert or junk food again. Its really just this 24-hour period that I have to make decisions about. I'm very happy with my weight loss so far---51 1/2 pounds. Its coming off very slowly now but its still coming off.

Same here. Lost 40 lbs and now Into maintaining. So I watch what I eat during week and on weekend if I want something special I have it. It’s been working that way for about 2 months. Great job😊
