Hope everyones weekend went well. I pretty much stuck to my diet, I did take a few bites of the lasagna I made for the fam on Saturday, but I figured with the 3 mile walk that I took, it was alright. I bought some egg beaters and had them with some chopped tomato and onion for breakfast both days, it was a great alternative to oatmeal, ugh... I walked 3 miles again last night, and when I woke up this morning, I felt like someone beat my behind. I am hoping that when I weigh on Friday that this all pays off. I CANT WAIT to eat some chicken!!!!!! Have a fabulous day!
