Mood journal:
I was irritable today after work because I didn't have groceries for supper and had to go to the store. As a result, I didn't eat until 8:00 p.m. To add to that, my husband was irritable, too, due to a large credit card bill and the fact he was hungry.
After shopping, I fixed him a HUGE plate of spaghetti with mozzarella and then started in washing and tearing lettuce for my salad. By the time I sat down to eat, he was happy as a kitten with his full tummy. I started feeling much better about halfway through my salad.
