Sent husband to store to buy a head of lettuce. He came home with cabbage! lol..So I made cabbage rolls. Ones on left are tradional. The ones in right are for me. Stuffed with freekah, butternut squash, carrots and ground beef. Very tasty!

I had to luck up what freekeh was. Had not heard about it before. Sounds very good.

It is an ancient grain, high in protein. It's texture is between cous cous and brown rice. It's very tasty.

Looks delicious! Grocery shopping and cooking now have a reality tv show feel to it these days. Have to get creative. 😉
