Good morning!
I'm back down to under 80 kilos, and even under 79!
Today I weigh in at 78.4 - and I'm well on my way back to goalweight, less than 77. I should easily get there in a few days.
Today will be a short little journal - it's the first day of ANOTHER week of vacation, and the weather is awesome and it's really not a day to sit by the computer. Besides, Fitbit Flex is nudging me to get my rear moving! LOL.
I did GREAT yesterday.
I was so full from Saturday night that I didn't eat ANYTHING until dinner. I had no urge for food. Dinner was a sausage and a salad, but it only gave me 250 calories. I could tell that I was gonna need a little more, so I had a large protein bar as a snack through the evening. It was nice. I ended up at 550 calories. Not bad at all.
I did TONS of exercise. Workout at the gym. My walk. And not least, band practice.
I'm not sure whether I really moved as much as the Fitbit claims, but I do move a lot when we rehearse. However, next time we play I'm gonna try moving the wristband to my other hand, which is the one less active when I play music. I think it might register a little wrong when I play bass.
Still, the stats that it gave me were AWESOME!

There are several new "banners" of achievement yesterday. There is a 20 kilometers badge, a 25,000 steps badge, a Best in a Day badge and a Lifetime 50 kilometer badge. :) That's a good day.
Anyways, it's time to go enjoy the sun, get adjustments done for my contact lenses, and go for a walk in the sun with Wife.
Today, I'm thankful for:

- Mornings with Wife!
- Omelet with ham, jalapeños and onions!
- Vacation time!
