So Monday I turned 25 and I've decided to not let my weight control my life anymore. Food has always been there for me and I've struggled with obesity all of my life. I was never bullied and I've always had boyfriends so the only real problem I had with my weight was I couldn't wear cute clothes. Now that I'm older I realize it's not just about the latest fashions but the quality of life I'll have when I'm older. So it's time to stop rolling through the drive thrus, say no to cakes and pies, get off my butt and get rid of these bad habits.
