Wow so it's fifty degrees outside right now, and apparently jogging in the cold suuuuucks.

I jogged for 17 minutes and then just had to walk.

My BODY felt totally fine, it was awesome I felt like I could run forever,
but my throat started to really hurt and I felt this persistent scratchy cough,
and then I was spitting up this really thick mucus that tasted like blood,
and it was really hard to get enough air even though I was breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth.

It was disgusting.

I'm going to have to invest in jogging gear, because all I have right now are sweatpants and t-shirts.

Anyway.

I will not be deterred!
I need jogging clothes! And a scarf!
