Yesterday I was doing part of my workout while I was watching TV. I was sitting on my exercise ball and using a stretch band and doing the motion of rowing. Suddenly I realized how long it had been and I was shocked and quite sore. So I thought I would wake up sore today and to my surprise I was not. I guess watching TV sometimes is a good thing.
