I lost 300g since yesterday. Not neatly as much as the days before, but more then enough. Probably much closer to what I SHOULD be losing to keep this adventure healty.

Yesterday, I felt like a total slacker when it came to food decisions. I did not do bad though. I have a recommendation from FatSecret that I should eat 3000 calories, my goal is 2000 and I had around 1600. I am more than fine with that. But I feel like I ate a lot.

I have breakfast, then lunch at work, then lunch after work with my wife, and then dinner.

Thankfully, all the dishes were pretty good and low cal, so it did not affect me much, it seems. I enjoyed it very much, and I feel like I am not even doing anything to lose weight. Life is good.
