One month from today, I want to turn in my NSF fellowship application and be 8 lbs lighter. Then I will only be 5lbs from my goal (Just in time for thanksgiving!) I know I am in for a challenge, but I can do this. And my first plan of attack is to stock up on healthy snacks and quick meals to make it through the stressful times that drive me to eat junk. I have a test again this weekend, but I am going to have to take a study break to the grocery store.
