Caved last night and had three pieces of pepperoni pizza for dinner. Not big pieces and I still managed to keep the daily calories in line, but the carbs and obviously fat were too high. Would have been okay to have one piece but I just couldn't stop! :) Up about 1/2 lbs because of it. Whoopsie! Better not do that again.

Pizza once in a while isn't that bad a thing. If you deny yourself too much, you can't really stick with it. Remember, this is not a diet, it's a restructuring of how you eat on a regular basis. I had some pasta for lunch yesterday... with a cream sauce. mmmmmmmmm..... Still managed about 50 carbs for the day! And my moth was ooooohhhh so happy.

Oh and the 1/2 lb is very likely from salt content. Load up with water and I bet you will drop it in another day.
