I am pregnant in 8 month with a baby and I have at the moment around 74 kg. Before becoming pregnant I weighted 58 kg, and I hope to return withing 3 months from giving birth to same weight, and get lower soon afterwards.

I am considering a simple diet based on fruit and salad mostly and ocasionaly some meat, bread and other things.
However until I give birth I am trying to keep my weight as much in control as possible and for this i consume all types of herbal teas, I eat often and restricted amounts of food, and have also some bread restriction, fruit restriction, fatty food restrictions. Basiclly now my diet consists of oven vegetables-2 times/day, skimmed milk(sometimes), 2 slices of bread/day,2 diuretic herbal mugs of tea(I have endema otherwise), 2-3 mugs of other type of herbal tea/day, 1 -2 mugs of black tea.To the unswetened tea I add sometimes bit of lemon.

So to sum up I'm eating such way:
Morning 7 am:

Unswetened tea+2 slices of bread/toast+banana

10 am:
a cookie+1-2 mugs of herbal tea

Lunch:
oven vegetables+meat

14.00:
1 small apple

Dinner 17.00:

2 indian roti+black tea

My exercise routine consists of 200 repetitions of leg side lifts(my favourite exercise), and some walking(10-20 min /day) depending on how I feel that day.


For the moment I cannot eat less than that because I would endanger the baby, and cannot go for more exercise because I have effort restriction from the doctor.

I'm just waiting for the birth so I can but kick a proper fitness plan and a proper diet.

Was thinking to follow a 45 days salad diet plan along with 30 minutes of cardio training and another 30 minutes of weight lifting after the birth , as soon as I will feel able doing such.
