My weakness is chips and dip at 9pm!! I am also guilty of 3am cravings!! Very, very difficult to handle however my work out begins at 5 am. 20 minutes so far. Weight training and stationary bike. I haven't gained but the guilt is heavy enough. Don't give up start over and hang in there! Gaebey
