Canning and drying today. I will be thankful when I get it all done so I can go back to my regular Saturday routine. (is there such a thing as regular?)

Also I ate out last night with my girlfriends and my tummy was not happy during the night. I'm guessing it was the fat since I don't eat a lot of high fat stuff like swiss mushroom burgers on a regular basis. But is was yummy.

On a funny side one of my friends' sons said "If we are what we eat then are cannibals the only true humans?" Kids crack me up!

What are you canning and drying? I couldn't do any of mine this year because my kitchen was and still is being remodeled. Will desperately miss my tomatoes.

I did applesauce and apple juice today. I also threw apple rings on the dehydrator. yum
