After a couple of days with a bad cold and frost temperatures outside, I did not expect to even lose a single gram, as I have virtually not moved away from my comfy chair for three days (unless I went to go lie down). Add to this two thanksgiving dinners, and all hope was lost. Yet, I still managed to squeeze down my weight by 200 grams. I am very proud of this.
I hate myself for not going swimming friday, but I was simply too sick, and I would not have had the strength. I know, it is perfectly reasonable that I did not go, but I still do not approve.
Today I WILL go swimming - pretty much heading out to do so after I am done writing this.
I have had so much good food the last days, but I have calculated, counted and weighed it all meticuously, and I did really good. Not once did I go over my allowed calories and it just showes me who is in control!
Yesterday, Wife cut my hair. I have a full beard and that and the hair had grown a little out of control. I know that it is time to do something about it when I start looking like a cave man. :)
Anyways, she trimmed it all down to three milimeters as always and I went to change to another shirt, to get rid of all the loose hair. Doing that, I just grabbed a random t-shirt and put it on. Then I realized that it was a shirt that I normally avoid because it is uncomfortably tight. Well, not any longer! I was so happy realizing this. It is so great when you feel that what you are doing is working! Then, I looked up and into the full size mirror we have in the bedroom. The tighter shirt, combined with my new haircut (which means a change from bushy beard so almost none) made me look like a totally different person. It almost weirded me out. Wow. I am still on a little pink cloud because of that.
My stomach feels kind of funky today - hope that I have not just purged myself so much that I will stagnate for a week. :)
