Today had been a good day. Stayed indoors and spent time clearing clutter. after talking to a few people on here, I have decided to do Kingkelds indulgence diet. I weighed myself yesterday morning and will do it again next Wednesday morning and that will be my indulgence day. Its like giving yourself a treat one day every week.

I am going to the gym and joined a walking group from next week and I hope that will help me along the way. I have 141 lbs to lose and I have lost 4lbs in my first week,
its gonna take a long time to lose the weight as it took me a long time to gain it.

Remember.. little changes now and again is good... 'Do what you always did and get what you always got'
