Yea! Walked 30 min this am before work. Then went to the gym after work. Spent an hour. 1 mile on the bike then the rest in the circut room. Body feels better now. Had been sore and stiff since have not been since last tues--they were closed. Going to bed early. Had trouble sleeping last nite so am really tired. 4 am comes early
