The past two days I have consumed 6 16oz. bottles of water. It seems to help me feel full and I am not snacking between meals like I used to when I slowly gained my weight back. Considering Thanksgiving was last Thursday I will be happy if I stay at 257 but of course I'd like to be at 256 or even 255. I'm shooting for 1-2 lbs loss per week.
