I know I really have to get to the gym and start working out again. This is a hill I have to climb. I keep telling myself all I need to do is keep taking a step at a time. I am taking care of the calorie count on most days and making progress toward the right balance of protein, carbs, and fat (although I am not there yet) but have been doing some stretching routines but I really have to get to the gym to do some resistance training and get on the treadmill. I wish I had someone to go with – just someone to come by and say, hey let’s go!
