Have been following the plan well, had the flu for a few days and ate some comfort food (toast), etc. as I was coming out of it, so gained 2 lbs., but lost them back in a couple days, (so really I should be down 2 more lbs. Anyway, doing good, this is the least I have weighed in 25 years, so I am excited about it. Makes me excited to stay on track. I want to reach my goal of under 200 lbs by April.
