thanks Jenny and Shir - and no, Shir, we used good ole iron skillet and oil. probably much worse for us, but we rarely fry things. definitely a treat. the tapioca flour was really good too.

Looks and sounds amazing. I love fried chicken, popcorn chicken and Thai food. There was a fried basil chicken dish I used to love in Boston, very spicy, served with white rice. I don't even want to know how much fat and calories it had, but wow, so delicious.
