I made tiktok gimbap for lunch, with omelette, avocado & pickled radish. No sushi mat so folding them is easy! Had a bit of sushi rice left over though so made one last roll with some kimchi and tinned tuna. A bit wobbly, just like me 😂 Under 400 cals
