first of all, thanks for reading my journal, thanks for mail's, comments and support, they mean A LOT to me!!!
Every journey starts with one step, and to complete the journey all you have to do is take another! I am still half-way there. It has been over a year since i got halfway, and for whatever lame reasons it stopped... I have been back in the saddle now for over 6 months, and the results are not very motivational. I lost the 5 kilo's i got from my trip to china (thank you for all the fish!) but i am still not at the lowest point ever witch is approx. 87 kilos.
I blame this slow progress on my inability to stick with my diet regardless. And i blame the inability on so many factors, i'm starting to think i may just be me...
Little overview of the last 6 months: - lost 5 kilos i gained over the year. - fatpercentage down from 52% - 46% - hours of sports a week from 1 hour to 8 hours (at least) - mirror figure changed. - clothes fit better. (wedding ring is slipping)
So yes something is changing, just isn't going fast enough!!! I want this jacket of fat off, and i want it off NOW!!!!
