Left my lunch and pre workout snack sitting on my dining room table. Had to get lunch in town. After work I knew I wouldn't make it through my workout without food lunch was @10:30 today. Had $1.00 and change left picked up a cheeseburger at Wendy's, didn't taste very good but it was sort of food. Good workout.

Back to eating right tomorrow.

Good to hear about the workout, that takes a lot of self control. Isn't it amazing that we can buy an entire cheeseburger for only one dollar?

Fast food is not my thing though I really like those little soft serve ice cream cones burger king has for 50 cents in the summer. I do like McDonald's fries but only if they just changed the oil. I actually ask don't buy them if it's old oil.

I have not been planning well the past few weeks. Really need to get back on track. Cleaning the frig and planning my week for food and exercise are primary weekend goals.

I hate it when I forget stuff, and it happens quite a lot... I hope the meals were still good when you came back! :)

Threw my soup/stew away, no need to chance getting sick. Pear and celery back in the frig. For later. I ate the peanut butter.
