Today I went to our son-in-law's birthday party and ate what ever I wanted. The result was that it was one of the few times I have gone over my RDI. I don't regret it...but I do feel uncomfortably full. That is something I am happy to recognize. I have another party tomorrow and will be as careful as I can be while still having a good time. No regrets, just refocusing and moving toward my goals again. :) J

When I have an event like that where I worry that I might overeat, I eat before I get there and nibble on veggies at the event itself so I won't be rude. Best of luck.
