Ugghh!! I am so frustrated! I know losing weight is not an overnight thing, but! It's been two months since i started and i feel like nothing has changed, yesterday i went on an eating frenzy! I'm very upset, i did manage to burn most of the calories...i just get annoyed with myself because i like to see changes fast. My pants do fit looser, i've managed to go from a size 13 to an 11 since January. Hopefully i'll be down to 10 by april? is that too much? I've never been on a diet or worked out before so i'm not sure if i'm expecting things to happen too soon. Oh well, I will lose 10Lbs this month...At least 5? lol

You're not alone. Everyone wants to see changes FAST! But some have more patience than others. I'm like you, impatient. The only time I ever saw fast weight changes was when I would do 60-120 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. But that's too much you know, so it's better to just wait it out and not do TOO much. Your pants are already loosening up! Rembember, 2 months is not a long time. So hang in there and try not to get frustrated. You WILL shed all the weight you want because you really want to. I definitely think you could lose 10 lbs by April, especially if thats what you really really want!
