Refocusing on disciplined daily calorie counting. I don’t lose weight until I cut my intake to 1500. I downloaded the FatSecret App to my phone so super easy to add foods. Today was Day 3 at 1500 calories max and together with 3 mile run and 45 minute workout there is a significant calorie deficit. Measured body fat with caliper and it appears to be close to 26%. For my age group that is borderline between average and overweight. Will keep tracking. 1500 to 150. Intermediate goal is to be at < 170 by mid July.
