Workout #1 of 2014. 51 minute run near police station, non standard location. It makes me remember why I don't like to run. About 8-12 minutes in, most times I run, things get unpleasant and I want to quit. Does this happen to anyone else? Most of the time, I just keep going and it gets better. That seems like an early "wall."

Sometimes I run and it's unpleasant and I'm tired. Other times I love it and feel amazing. I think it happens to everyone sometimes.
