Sometimes I feel like it will take forever to get down to the GW. It's sooo slow. Today it went fine with the cycling. 1 hour. Some other days ballet. Some other simply dance routine.

Don't know, maybe I should put much more effort into it. LIke 2 hours of exercise /day? Is that feasible if muscles feel sore after 1 hour? Not sure about it.

I saw today a vegan woman on TV. At 37 she looks like 25(in very good shape) Perfect all. Should go also vegan? Had some attept of vegan food 2 years before and did not lose a single kg after 1 month of vegan strict eating and of daily pillates classes. I love a grill chicken and I like Yoghurt allot. Not to mention some nice cookies made with milk:)

Anyway back to the things. How long will it take?

Awesome work with what you're doing so far! Think about it this way though, well this is how I view it. Did you get to your current weight/physical fitness level overnight? In most cases no, it was over the course of many years. Same thing with changing from overweight to fit. The woman that you saw on TV, may have in fact been 25. Not everything that you see should be believed, and I think the majority of those people my be paid actors in order to sway the decisions of the general public. That however, is a topic of another discussion. As for how long will it take? It's hard to say. Every person is a little different, and what works for some may not work for others. Take me for example. I bike to and from work every day, and then put in about 20-30 more miles on the weekend. I should be rail thin and look like an endurance athlete right? Not quite. Unless I am following my eating plan correctly, I won't drop a single pound regardless of how many miles I put in. Now here's where it gets tricky, I can be off the bike , and sit on my butt all day, but if I stay within my macros, and follow my eating plan, I'll drop weight right away. Someone once told me that if you want to look great in your clothes, fix your nutrition. If you want to look great naked fix the nutrition and exercise. Strangely enough. It works that way. So in an answer to your question, no you don't have to become vegan, or vegetarian, or meat only, or atkins, or paleo, or anything else like that. What you do need to do is find what works for you, and what makes you successful. Can't do the 2 hour workouts? Maybe try for at least 30 minutes, whatever is easiest for you to stick to. It's the repetition that makes you successful. Want to form a good habit? Do that good habit repeatedly. If you mess up, just start again. It's a marathon here, not a sprint. It is the same with me dear, I'm frustrated over a lbs, I weigh in once a week, I consider my age and also my health condition and try to understand that fluctuations are normal, water, clothing, hormones etc and that muscle weights more than fat. You can do it !

Thank you everyone for your comments and for the support. I'll just keep going on. Just hope it will not take 1 year until reaching that goalweight.
