woke up to a blue sky and sun shining into my room after a good 10 hour sleep and feel super refreshed :) on warm days I always wake up really fit and in the afternoon I just lie in the sun (or shade depending on how hot it is) and watch the clouds or sleep, like a cat :D I'm such a lazy person, anyways since it's such a nice day I might go outside to revise and maybe do some yoga if nobody is around or blay some basketball with my roommate.
I have to attend a quaker meeting this evening and I'm really ot looking forward to it. For those of you that don't know what that means: you sit in a room with about 40 bored teenagers that are forced to go there and a few old quakers and somebody reads an inspirational quote and then we sit in silence for a hour (can you see now why I'm not looking forwards to it?)
also I just ran out of cereal and the shops aren't open today so I hope my school doesn't give us waffles for breakfast tomorrow or I'll have to break my no sweets & junkfood challenge on the first day q.q

I love lazing around in the sun too. If a situation like the waffles does arise during the challenge then it's still a win if you just go for the healthiest possible variation like leave out the sugary topping or something! It has to just fit in with life and most importantly not be an added stress! And do yoga even if people are watching who cares;-) I do cartwheels in the yard with my kids as a way to get extra exercise (and have fun) and the neighbours think I'm nuts but I'm being active and having a great time so bugger them;-)

you think so? okay I'll skip the syrup and add some blueberries instead if they do give us waffles :) yeah I really don't need more stress right now in exam season x.x well I live in a boarding school so if somebody is watching it'll be my classmates and they think I'm nuts already but I don't want to give them more fuel :) my respect for doing cartwheels dispite the neighbours, that's awesome! my mom used to do interpretional dance in our garden and all our neighbours would just stare at her but she didn't care either and someday they just got used to it and buggered off :D
