Woke at 229.3, down .4 from yesterday. Not bad after a 3000 plus calorie Father's Day! Fasted until 2 pm and got to 228.5 before that. UPDATE: Got to 227.5 before dinner. Ate some BBQ chicken legs, and Denise's coleslaw, but without mayo. Thanks for adjusting it, hon! Got the pool fixed and open today, so I'll begin using that in a few days.
