Hi, CC and Mermee! It was pretty awesome. Done in the instant pot, which made it even better! Denise adjusted her coleslaw recipe to save 200 calories per serving by replacing mayo.

I asked her to try subbing out the mayo with Greek yogurt but that was a bridge too far! This is more of an apple cider vinegar-based dressing.
