Friday (day 12)
norm: swimming 1 hour ch 1: restday ch 2: walking 2km. ch 3: swimming 1 hour (yes that makes two hours in total)
Today i am at my lowest point ever, still i am not content (*lol*) I know i should be patient, and i should enjoy the weightloss, these all-time-lows should be rewarding, and i should enjoy. but the scale is still playing a little trick with me. I am longing to see 84.somthing on that scale. And i want it sooooo bad, every time i approach the number, i get closer (true) but the scale makes me wait for it... I am betting tomorrow my weight will be up again, give me any reason, - swimming probably makes you retain water?
I was planning on eating soup today, but i will skip that because i know eating soup will make me gain (water-) weight...
I want it sooooo bad i want to see a number below 85! I pray to whatever weight-god there is (*probably boedha*) please give me this cosmic present tomorrow!!!!
I go practice my breaststroke in three hours... I can swim very well, but last time i realized that i don't float anymore. That was a weird thing to realize!
