Myself and a coworker are trying to shed a few pounds. We are using WW to do so.
I have never had an issue with my weight. In fact, I have always been petite and skinny. Two children later and now being in my mid-thirties, all my french fries and over eating has caught up to me.
I now weigh almost as much as I did in my final month of pregnancy with my first child. Ouch.
So, here goes...looking forward to seeing if I can keep my tummy from eating itself one day at a time or one point at a time.
