goal sport: 100 pushups before 13 september 2014


Ofcaurse life doesn't throw you a bone, you got to crawl over there and pick the bones life leaves lying around after it chew on them and spit them out ...
No, i'm not depressed! Don't worry, it is just that i did my stinking best yesterday, declined pizza, french fries and a binging mood in the evening! I gave it my all at the gym with my 2 hour insane work-out.
a deficit of a whopping 1700 kcals...

and a very disappointing loss of 0.1 kilo. Not even a new lowest ever ...
It makes me sooooo pissed i wanna go out and eat two pizza's (*grrrr*) But i won't.

I'll just bow my head in submission to life and give it my all again today.

Ironically... I was a bad boy all weekend... drank rum and diet cokes, a HUGE rib eye steak on Saturday, and didn't eat very healthy foods and I STILL lost weight... I lost the weight YOU deserved to lose! Thanks Buddy! :) Seriously, you got this Maud... don't get too down over it... it's a life long journey with checkpoints along the way.... You have had INCREDIBLE success to date, so be patient my friend! (((HUGS)))
