Well, went swimming this am.
I find each exercise really gives its own benefits. Aerobics, like badminton or treadmill gives me a sense of 'Zen' afterwards. But but with swimming, I feel so free in my body without any constraints. I feel agile. It's such a wonderful feeling.
The activity itself is ok.
I've decided that today would be a fruit fasting. Fruit, lettuce and cottage cheese, and black tea.
Hope to see results tomorrow on the scale. I've been sticking to my program of clean eating all week.
