I took a day trip with a girlfriend to selby gardens. Lots of fun, but we stopped for lunch and the lunch place didn’t have any of the first three healthy things I picked out to eat. I ended up with a tuna melt, intending to only eat half, but it was so amazing I ate the whole thing. Calories in the app range wildly for tuna melts and I picked the highest one to log, 960 (for Jason’s deli. We were at an independent restaurant, not Jason’s or any other chain). I should have asked my friend to split a sandwich with me, because she had the tuna melt too and only ate half of hers and didn’t take the rest to go. Then I had a piece of homemade flan when we got back to her house. Oy. It was good, but just trying to hang in without any official dinner after all that food. Got some celery if I need it. Went for a run this morning but I was in a rush and didn’t stretch so my back has been sore today. Then I got a bunch more steps in at the garden.
