Inspired by others, I think I should start recording this in fat secret because of I do it on my own, I inevitably stop. I didn't weigh in today, didn't think of it until after I ate, so I'm not going to risk that, so the weight measurement is really from Thursday.
First official month recording: Weight: 142.6 (down 3lbs from 145.6) BF: 29.5% (down from 30%) measurements if I did then correctly (or consistency will be key) chest: 35 2/8 waist: 29 6/8 hips: 38 2/8 thigh: 23 1/2 arm: 11 7/8
My main goal for August will be to get under 140 (was my goal for July, but vacation), and of course setting a decrease in BF and thigh/ waist/ hips measurements would be great, but with only running I don't know how fast those numbers will move. I definitely need to get body fat down though, it's way too high even if my weight is normal BMI.
