I probably ate too much, DID NOT TRACK!🥲 Was only going to have soup with hubby, since he then later wanted to have macaroni, I joined in and believe I buttered it up too much. Plus, I had a few cookies and then was stationary - that doesn’t ever work out. 🥴 Didn’t attack housework like I should have. Kind of took the day off. Everyone should have cheat days, days off. You need to balance the unhealthy with the healthy.😆 I am pretty tired, didn’t sleep well, so May go back and lay down, a rarity!
