today another very hard day for me... tour starts at 12 so 5.5 hours of butt-breaking fun. but i want to have my sons bed painted before that time. so a little less conversation a little more action!

still some reasons left for weighing more then i think i should: 1. it is freaking hot here 2. muscle ache 3. muscle gain...

bed half painted now i must paint the other side. i made it through another day of tour at intensity level 1 sometimes 2. still gotto clean out sons room, why does he have so many toys? (he never plays with, just plays with his football(soccer) ball and his tablet)

Maud, butt-breaking bicycling fun sounds awesome. I admire you. Even with a special gel seat, I couldn't ride my bike for more than an hour or two. As for your son, we've all been there. No amount of organizing their toys, forcing them to clean them up, donating some of them periodically, etc., ever kept them under control. I was so relieved when they got past a certain age and we could get rid of toys altogether.
