Dinner last night sb about 227 calories. Not terribly exciting but it fits all my parameters and will hold me til morning. I drink water with all my meals. 😎

Sorry I forgot to tell you what is was 🤣 I’m new here and am trying to figure out how to post.
Yes coleslaw with just a touch of home dressing, zucchini sautéed in a tablespoon of olive oil and baked chicken with a dollop of homemade aioli.
I weighed today and lost almost 2 pounds this week….. yay 😃
