Gratitudes: I had an awesome bike ride. I’m working on getting more exercise days in which I’ve been intending to do for some time now. I baked a 3 grain walnut bread (brown rice, buckwheat, whole wheat). (If it seems like I’m baking a lot, yes, but they’re only half loaves). It’s not pretty but it’s nutritious and tasty. Kitten is happy and adjusting well as are his siblings gradually. Good things are happening in career and life and I’m in a good mood. Wishing you all a wonderful healthy day.
