I am trying very hard to stick to my self imposed diet. Chicken or fish 6 out of 7/nights. Beef, lamb or pork 1 night. Carbs mostly come from fruits and veggies. Very rarely do I eat pasta ,rice or bread.. I put on weight during the last 4 years after getting to my goal. But my mother passed away and just as I was getting over that depression, Covid hit. Considering I have arthritis, and can’t do much except walk, I think I’m doing ok. I hope to go back to walking in the pool when it opens up again.I treated myself to a manicure today and set up an appointment for a haircut and blowout on Wednesday.
