I am getting more determined because I am seeing results. I don’t feel as hungry any more. When I do get an urge to eat something that I have put on my no list, I try to wait it out and drink some water instead. I am forcing myself to walk around my house for 30 minutes every day even if it’s only 10 minutes at a time. I have health issues that makes exercise difficult. Eventually I am going to be able to exercise in the pool but I am not allowed by my dr. to do that yet. So I’m doing the best I can. I know eventually this unbelievable rate of weight loss will decrease and will also plateau. Hoping by that time I will be cleared to walk, jog, and exercise in the pool. Thank you for all of your support. It takes a village to lose a pound!
