I would like to thank everyone who responded to my journal entry yesterday.

Today I decided to add some dancing to the oldies to my exercise routine. Somehow it makes you feel young again And you forget your aches and pains and the fact that your balance isn’t so good. I keep my walker in front of me in locked position just in case. So today I walked around my house for 30 minutes and danced to jukebox oldies for 15 minutes. I know the more I move and the more I lose, the better I’ll feel. Even if you can’t walk or dance or run, you can do something. You can exercise in a chair or even in your bed. Just push yourself to do what you can!
