Just completed a 4-day "reset" for my Optavia regime. I'd graduated to Maintenance, and have been doing Optavia about 60%-70%. But I had added a pound or two. Even more, I just felt in the mood to be more lean & tight in my eating for a bit. I went back to only eating fuelings 5 times a day, & one Optavia recipe Lean&Green. I did add some vegetables to my lunch fueling. It all feels great! I'm going to keep going, taking it day by day. I'll admit I'd like to be below 125, so I have a "cushion" from which to gain. As long as I'm under 130, I say I'm golden. And really, when I started Optavia, I thought it was an improbable dream that I might get down to 135.

We are approaching our 1 year anniversary, and the excitement of first beginning is in the air, along with the crisp fall brilliance. So grateful for the magic of Optavia! Wish that its secret to weight loss could be adapted so more people could use it. Namely, very low calorie + high protein + frequent small meals + friendly knowledgeable support + focus on healthy "micro habits."
