Celebrated our one-year anniversary on Optavia on Nov. 21. So thankful to find a program that works so well for us! I started with a personal trainer this week, to take it to the next level, especially with weight lifting. Went clothes shopping at Macy's - first time in a dressing room since weight loos AND the FIRST time to take size SMALL into the dressing room and have them fit. Incredible feeling. So happy and grateful.
